Meet Kathryn (Kat) Doll, a compassionate and energetic mental health therapist with a passion for supporting children and adolescents. With a warm, approachable style, she creates a safe space for people to explore their emotions, build resilience, and grow in confidence.
Kat has been in the helping profession for over 10 years. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Minnesota State University of Moorhead and her master’s in counseling degree from the University of Mary. Her experience ranges from young children to adults. She is trained in Motivational Interviewing and going through the certification process for TF-CBT.
Outside the therapy room, she enjoys coaching tennis and volleyball—activities she loves for their ability to teach teamwork, discipline, and joy. Her background in coaching helps her connect with kids on a personal level, using play, movement, and encouragement to foster mental and emotional well-being.
In her free time, Kat loves spending time with her big and beautiful, blended family.
