Sarah specializes in helping individuals and families deal with mental health concerns, life- changing events, divorce/legal stressors, family/relational conflict, and trauma.
Sarah emphasizes the connection between the client and the provider as an important part of effective therapy. Feeling seen, heard, and valued while knowing that you are not alone in your journey is essential for making positive changes and achieving desired outcomes.
Sarah has a master’s degree in social work and a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Minnesota State University Moorhead. Sarah is trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and utilizes other evidence-based treatment strategies when working with clients to address their identified areas of concern.
Outside of the office, Sarah loves time outdoors doing yard work, gardening, planting flowers, being at the lake, having bonfires, and spending time with family and friends.
